5am - Home made energy bar
8am - Asparagus, bean & pea egg whit omelette, Pumpkin protein slice
11am - Almonds, Tofu Salad
2pm - Pumpkin & cauliflower soup, TVP & salad sandwich
5:30pm - L/c pasta w. pesto & steamed veg
8:30pm - Diet jelly

BF: Banana protien shake
Snack: apple
L: Protien shake
Snack: Choc mousse
D: Chicken with spinage and cottage cheese and vegies

How boring is that ?????

Its not healthy but i might as well post it.

breakfast- 3 poached eggs on 2 slices of multi grain toast
no lunch
arvo snack- packet of sour cream/chive chips
dinner- a full pounder meal from mcdonalds

hopefully the last binge of a new beginning.
