when I got up I had a banana and some cherries before my walk.
some sliced up apple with no-fat yoghurt and muesli, the kelp/dolomite/juice mix
salad snadwich on spelt (mostly wholemeal) sourdough bread with low fat dijonnaise rather than butter
after a 3 hour psych evaluation for a job (I was getting very hungry as it had been 4 hours since lunch, but I didn't think getting my snack out in the middle of the test would be good) I had some scroggin (mixed nuts and seeds and dried fruit)
bowl of rice salad
some yummy cherries
Water intake: 3 litres

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
