5am - Energy bar
9am - Bran protein pancake, Pumpkin slice, coffee
11am - Carrot & ginger soup, Cabbage salad
2pm - TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread, Almonds
5pm - Tofu & veg stir fry
7:30pm - Vanilla protein pancake

Total 7000kJ

8:30am: 2 WeetBix, canned peaches, natural yoghurt, skim milk, 1/2 glass apple juice
1pm: Salad sandwich with cheese on multigrain bread, small hokkein noodle salad
6pm: Vegetarian crepe lasagne, roast potatoes, corn, beans

600ml fresh apple juice


small chicken breast
30g mash
mixed veg

200g steak lean
30g mashed
100g mixed veg
2tbs gravy

muesli bar
like 20 lollies :(
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!
