7:30am - Energy bar
8am - Bran protein pancake
9am - Protein crunch
11am - Cabbage salad, Carrot & ginger soup
2pm - TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread
3:30pm - Vanilla pancake, Soy icecream & diet jelly (I came home sick from work... comfort food!!)
5:30pm - Savoury tofu w. salad
8pm - Fresh empower bread crusts w. hommus
