EATING EVERY 3 HOURS

Breakfast
1 sachet of oatmeal and
½ cup tinned two fruits

Snack will be
1 orange
and 1 slice full fat cheese

Lunch
tinned tuna in spring water
salad
and 1 slice full fat cheese

Snack
raw nuts

Dinner
Chicken
bread roll
lettuce
1 tspn full fat mayonnaise

Snack
Yoplus plain skim yogurt
1 orange

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, cherries, 1/2 a banana, LSA LFM

Snack
an apple, the juice/kelp/dolomite mix

Lunch
salad sandwich on spelt sourdough

Snack
mountain bread chips and a small handfull of scroggin

Dinner
Red Kidney bean tacos with salad toppings and a little cheese, 1 slice of pineapple

4 tablespoons low fat yoghurt and half a bannana sliced on top

Snack

5 almonds

Lunch

pink salmon, lettuce, avocado, mushroom, carrot salad

sliced carrots

2 slices multigrain toast with avocado and low fat cottage cheese

LUNCH
Stirfried chicken, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, carrot, bean sprouts with a touch of plum sauce

DINNER
Garlic prawns made with low fat carnation milk and a small bit of rice

SNACK
Xtra low fat philly cheese with rice crackers
Grapes
Rockmelon and No Fat Yoghurt
