5am - Energy bar
8am - Bran protein pancake
9am - Pumpkin slice
11am - Almonds, Carrot & ginger soup
2pm - Cabbage salad, TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - Tofu & veg stir fry
7:30pm - Chocolate protein crunch

Total 6500kJ
