Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, cherries, 1/2 a banana, LSA and LFM

Snack
1 nectarine, 5 cherries and the kelp/dolomite/juice mix

Lunch
2 slices of spelt sourdough toast with peanut butter and vegemite (no butter)

Snack
some scroggin

Dinner
spaghetti with vege sauce
cup of rooibos tea and a muffin

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
