Paula......you are probobly putting on muscle with all the gym work you have been doing. And Carly.......I know exactly how you feel. I joined at the beginning of the challenge and have only just this week lost my first kg!!!!! I am so pleased with myself that you won't be able to wipe the smile off my face all day!!!
So here is the lowdown :
Week 1 - 71kg
Week 2 - 71kg
Week 3 - 71kg
Week 4 - 71kg
Beginning of week 5 - 70kg ......wwwwwoooooohhhhhhooooo!!!!
From memory I think my goal at the end of the 12 weeks was to be 65kgs. We'll see what happens. I've still got those fingers crossed!!!
