Week 1 = 97.7 kg
Week 2 = 96.1 kg
Week 3 = 95.9 kg
Week 4 = 96.3 kg
Week 5 = 96.5 kg

Total Loss so far 1.2 kg
Goal === 90.0 kg

Week 1: 98.5
Week 2: 98
Week 3: 97
Week 4: 96.
Week 5: 95.5
Week 12 goal: 88.5

Total loss: 3.5kg

Didn't think I would lose this week, have been not exercising at all as the weather has been so foul and I have been getting ready to go back to school on Monday. I have a dream class of 8 year 3's and 4's, 7 girls 1 boy, the whole school only has 28 kids. I have always taught in small country schools but this is by far the smallest.

This is according to the scales at my shopping centre. Will invest in my own set soon. The scales may not say anything but i feel HEAPS better and that is a great as far as i am concerned. Great work everyone :D

Hi there All

I have not done very well this week. Have been a little complacent with the food intake. I have gotten a little better with the exercise but that didn't stop me from gaining 1kg this week. It is "that time of the month" and i know you can get bloated but i should have at least stayed the same!!! :(

Week 1: SLACK!!
Week 2: 65kg
Week 3: 63kg
Week 4: 63kg still
Week 5: 64kg :oops:

WELL DONE to all that have lost this week!

getting there. Slowly. :roll:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Week 1: 113kg
Week 2: 110.3
Week 3: 111.3
Week 4: 109.8
Week 5: 109.4

Loss this week - 0.4

Not much but I'll take anything that's coming my way. Lost a bit of focus over the weekend. I lose a bit and think I'm there and go off the rails. Am determined to get back on track this week. Am really getting into a routine with the gym though which I'm loving.

I joined at the beginning of the challenge and have only just this week lost my first kg!!!!! I am so pleased with myself that you won't be able to wipe the smile off my face all day!!! :D

So here is the lowdown :
Week 1 - 71kg
Week 2 - 71kg
Week 3 - 71kg
Week 4 - 71kg
Beginning of week 5 - 70kg ......wwwwwoooooohhhhhhooooo!!!! :lol:

From memory I think my goal at the end of the 12 weeks was to be 65kgs. We'll see what happens. I've still got those fingers crossed!!! :D

Week 5: 87.9kgs

Total loss: 2.0kgs

12 week goal: 80kgs.

Lost almost a kilo this week. Looking forward to reaching 85kgs! :D

This week no weight loss - 89.6kg still but a total loss of 1.5kg so far. I'll keep trying.

5th week: 81 kgs

Total weight loss so far: 3 kgs

12 week goal: Goal 1 - 78kgs, Goal 2 - 74kgs

Just realised, that means I'm half way to my first goal - woohoo!
