Week 1 = 97.7 kg
Week 2 = 96.1 kg
Week 3 = 95.9 kg
Week 4 = 96.3 kg
Week 5 = 96.5 kg
Week 6 = 97,0 kg

12 week goal = 90.0 kg :roll:

WEEK 3: 74kgs

Yay i lost my first kg :D Am having surgery tomorrow so hopefully i will lose a little bit more.

Jusr remember we are only human and will slip up sometimes. Its not what you;ve done its what you do about it.

week 6: 95kg

Goal: 90kg
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Really, I deserved to put on this week. Talk about falling off the wagon. Arghhhhhhhhhh - am determined to get myself back on track.

Hi guys........well Paula I have done many a back flip off the wagon over the last few weeks so join the club. But as you didn't put any weight on that is great. I found if I had a bad day or 2 I wasn't putting it on. I think the thing is to make sure you can have as many days as possibly with sensible eating and exercise but if you blow out one or 2 days a week, well it shouldn't make a huge amount of difference. As long as you haven't gone overboard of course. Tegan you are just powering along girl!!!! And Dolly, your overall loss has been fab. You should all be proud of yourselves, even for just losing a kg or 2 at all. Because anything is better than nothing at all. Even just the exercising has increased the life of our hearts. So here are my stats.......hahaha!
Week 1 - 71kg
Week 2 - 71kg
Week 3 - 71kg
Week 4 - 71kg
Week 5 - 70kg - woohoooo!
Week 6 - 69.5kg - totally blew me away when I got on the scales just a little while ago!

Total loss: 1.1kgs

12 week goal: 80kgs.

Put back the kilo lost last week. Oh well, as long as there are more steps forward than there are backwards I'll be heading in the right direction! :D

I have done OK this week. Been following the CSIRO Diet which is good and doing a little more exercise. I need to do more but I need the motivation!!

Week 1: SLACK!!
Week 2: 65kg
Week 3: 63kg
Week 4: 63kg
Week 5: 64kg
Week 6: 62.5kg

Total loss of 2.5kg. I hope I keep going!! Well done to all that have lost!!

Thanks Groovychic, it's nice to be able to say honestly that I went haywire and know that someone is there who understands and who can help pick me back up again. Just in case you all don't know, you are wonderful and inspirational and I think finding this site has saved my life.
