week 1: 101kg
week 2: 102kg
week 3: 100kg
week 4: 98kg
week 5: 97kg
week 6: 95kg
Week 7: 95kg Again :evil:

Goal: 90kg
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Week 2 = 96.1 kg
Week 3 = 95.9 kg
Week 4 = 96.3 kg
Week 5 = 96.5 kg
Week 6 = 97,0 kg
Week 7 = 97.0 kg

12 week goal = 90.0 kg :roll:

Hi guys,
Well I have put on 1/2kg this week. It was expected tho because I ate a lot of junk with my nephew being here all week. Thank gawd he goes today!!!!
Starting weight at week 1 - 71kg
Week 2 - 71kg
week 3 - 71kg
week 4 - 71kg
week 5 -70kg
week 6 - 69.5kg
week 7 - 70kg.....bugger!!! :x
Next week hope to be back to the 69.5kg again.

Week 2: 88.9kgs
Week 3: 89.0kgs
Week 4: 88.8kgs
Week 5: 87.9kgs
Week 6: 88.8kgs
Week 7: 88.5kgs

Total loss: 1.4kgs

12 week goal: 80kgs.

Looks like my 80kg goal may be a little on the optimistic side! Perhaps somewhere closer to 85kgs might be a better goal. And if I can get around 85kgs I'll be pretty happy. Keep going everyone! :D

Week 7: 110.1

Never mind. Missed the gym most of last week due to work but decided over the weekend that I'm more important so am leaving on time from here on so I can get to the gym and have time to cook a decent dinner. See you next week.

12 Week Goal: 78kgs

:cry: Can't believe I put on weight this week. I keep a food diary and the only reason I could come up with is that its 'that time of the month' :evil: I'd like to say I pigged out but I didn't :cry:

I'll pre-order an extra big weightloss for next week, thanks very much!

A few hiccups along the way but overall we are all doing really well. Keep it up everyone, we will succeed.

Week 1: SLACK!!
Week 2: 65kg
Week 3: 63kg
Week 4: 63kg
Week 5: 64kg
Week 6: 62.5kg
Week 7: 62.5kg

Didn't loose anything but at least I haven't put on. OH WELL.

My goal for the end of the 12 weeks is to at least be under 60kg. That seems more realistic that getting to 55kg.

Week 4: 117.6kgs
Week 5: Didnt weigh in
Week 6: 116.2kgs
Week 7: 114.4kgs

Total Loss since week 1 - 7.6kg

Whoopsy Daisy...my Goal WAS 115kg for end of March and I have just passed it, didnt even stop at it.. :D :D :D :D .

I will re-set my new goal at 110kg.
