Runner’s World magazine is issuing a challenge to help readers realise their weight loss and fitness goals.
All you have to do is select a race at least 5K long and 12 weeks from the date you plan to start, and contact Runner’s World to let us know you’re up for the challenge.
As well as shedding kilos and feeling great, you’ll also be in the running to win heaps of great prizes.
