week 2: 102kg
week 3: 100kg
week 4: 98kg
week 5: 97kg
week 6: 95kg
Week 7: 95kg Again Evil or Very Mad
Week 8: 94kg

Goal: 90kg
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Week 1: 89.9kgs
Week 2: 88.9kgs
Week 3: 89.0kgs
Week 4: 88.8kgs
Week 5: 87.9kgs
Week 6: 88.8kgs
Week 7: 88.5kgs
Week 8: 89.8kgs

Total loss: 100 lousy grams!!!!

12 week goal: 80kgs.

At this rate I'll be lucky to get to 86, let alone 80!

I think the amount I've been eating the past week or so has been creeping up unnoticed.

I'd better get back on track this week.

Keep going strong everyone, I'm proud of the effort you're making and the weight you guys are losing, well done. Ed. :D

Okay Ed, if you're gutsy enough to keep reporting your weight in this challenge 'Come Hell Or High Water', then I guess I will see it through too.
I think the only way I can reach my goal now is to lose a limb :shock:

Week 1 = 97.7 kg
Week 2 = 96.1 kg
Week 3 = 95.9 kg
Week 4 = 96.3 kg
Week 5 = 96.5 kg
Week 6 = 97,0 kg
Week 7 = 97.0 kg
Week 7 = 97.3 kg 8)

Total loss: = 0.4 kg
12 week goal: = 90.0 kg

Oh guys don't give up, what have you learnt over the past 8 weeks and how can you put it into practice to make the next 8 weeks more successful. You can do it, we're all right behind you!

Wk 1: 84kg
Wk 2: 82.5kg
Wk 3: 82.5kg
Wk 4: 81.9kg
Wk 5: 81kg
Wk 6: 80.5kg
Wk 7: 80.9kg
Wk 8: 79.4kg (Woo Hoo! Out of the 80's 8) , now to banish the 70's!)

12 Week Goal: Goal 1. 78kgs or Goal 2. 74kgs

I think Goal 2 was a bit unrealistic, a kilo every week when I'm unable to exercise daily but I'll keep on trying. I'll be happy if I got half way between Goal 1 & 2 - 76kgs, fingers crossed!

Week 1: SLACK!!
Week 2: 65kg
Week 3: 63kg
Week 4: 63kg
Week 5: 64kg
Week 6: 62.5kg
Week 7: 62.5kg
Week 8: 62kg

3kg total loss I am happy about that. I really didn't think I would loose weight this week because I had a big weekend but I did OK!!
