Wk 6: 80.5kg
Wk 7: 80.9kg
Wk 8: 79.4kg (Woo Hoo! Out of the 80's
, now to banish the 70's!)
12 Week Goal: Goal 1. 78kgs or Goal 2. 74kgs
I think Goal 2 was a bit unrealistic, a kilo every week when I'm unable to exercise daily but I'll keep on trying. I'll be happy if I got half way between Goal 1 & 2 - 76kgs, fingers crossed!
