I'm not doing too badly. I cheated a couple of nights ago and had some multigrain Ryvitas before bed but luckily fruit is quite cheap right now so I'm eating heaps of it between meals. I'm also finding steamed veg is a great snack in the afternoon if I'm really hungry.
