Currently I am 103.7 Kg and aim to be 99.9 kg or under by January 31st. Double digits here I come!

Great stuff guys!

I want to join this challenge, but I honestly don't know what my goal should be. I'm hanging between 77 and 78 kilos at the moment, so I guess I want to drop down to about 74-75kg.

So I guess my ultimate goal is to tone up more, kinda like this - ... _white.jpg

i am 81.9 i am aiming for about 76ish :) would love to be 75, but that might be aiming too far :)

I AM going to get down from 111Kg to 105kg by the end of January!!!

This time I will do it!

I am new here. This being my first month of exercising and eatting healthy, I am not sure what to aim for so I will go hard out and I am going to try and get to 95kg by the end of the month.

so thats about 5 or 6 kilos

I would like to be, no sorry (I WILL) be 79kg. To start February in the 70s would be FANTASTIC.

Good luck to everyone with your challenges, YOU CAN DO IT. Well I am sticking to my goal of being 65 kilos by 14 Feb, which is my 3 month plan. If I don't reach that, my husband will never let me hear the end of it, because he paid for my gym membership. But its all against me - the gym was closed over xmas, then xmas happened :D now I am off for 2 weeks holiday so I will have to work really hard to meet my goal. I WILL DO IT I HAVE TO DO IT I WANT TO DO IT.
