Total loss: = 2.2 kg
12 week goal: = 90.0 kg

You guys are doing really well. You should all be very proud of yourselves.......me, well I don't have much to be proud of but at least I know my heart is getting a good workout. I've probably put a bit of muscle on from the treadmill tho. Well that is my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!!!
Starting weight at week 1 - 71kg
Week 2 - 71kg
week 3 - 71kg
week 4 - 71kg
week 5 -70kg
week 6 - 69.5kg
week 7 - 70kg.....bugger!!!
week 8 - 70kg
week 9 - 70.5kg
week 10 - 70.5kg!!!
week 11 - still 70.5. Fingers crossed it'll be 70 for next weeks weigh in! :D

week 5: 97kg
week 6: 95kg
Week 7: 95kg Again Evil or Very Mad
Week 8: 94kg
Week 9: 92kg
Week 10: 92kg - not a surprise, I'm just glad I didn't put on Rolling Eyes
Week 11: (didn't weigh on Sunday, so I'll post my weight from Thursday) 89kg :D

Goal - 90kg - exceeded!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Well this morning I decided to remeasure my tummy at my belly button because I am sure it is looking smaller!!!! At the beginning of January it was 93cm and today it is down to 88cm.......yay!!! Also my bum around my hips was 104 at the beginning of Jan and now is 100......yay!!! And guess what......I've only lost 1cm off my bust.........so I am most pleased about that. You know how everyone says that if you lose weight you will lose your boobs with it........hhhmmm well it aint happening......sort of yay!!! A little smaller would be better. I'm a d cup but would prefer to be a c, cos there are some really really nice bras for up to c!!! So even tho the scales say 70.5 still, I sure have toned up a bit. So I am very pleased with that.

WooHoo Rochelle that's awesome!
I usually lose weight on my boobs or my face, not on the belly (which is where I want to lose it) wow your waist sounds like it's getting nice and slim now. I think the chemist guiding me with the Tony Ferguson diet, measured my waist to be 107cms, I can't wait for it to melt down too.

Total Loss since challenge commenced 10.2kg

Revised Goal now 110kg for end of March (was 115kg)
