ok, i have another ball coming up in 3 weeks - didn't find out until today!! so i've got 3 weeks to look fab!
only diet soft drink, if it's not available - water, no full cal
go to the gym starting from this week - and work hard
no eating from boredom!! only eat when i'm hungry
one naughty meal per week if necessary - no more
don't eat stuff just cos its in the fridge or just cos i can
hoping to feel better and look better - and hoping my dress is looser than the last time i wore it (which i THINK was march 07 - can't really remember)
if i think of anything else i'll add it later
