Hun, look at it this way....you'll be IN the 160's for your 30th!!!

You need to turn your thinking around....easy to say I know (as you know, I'm great at GIVING advice!).

Do you what I'd love for you to do?? Next time you go to the supermarket, i want you to have a look at a 10 kilo bag of potatoes. Times that by 3.5 and thats what you've already lost. My god girl, you're amazing!!

Regardless of what you weigh on your birthday, think of all the good you're doing for yourself (and I'm not just talking about weight loss either).

Big hugs

13.6kg is NOT disgusting - do you want to be 13.6kg heavier? That's a small child! Seriously, you were doing great and well on your way to the 30kg, but then life got in the way... sometimes it does. We're all human, we make mistakes - but we have to keep going! You've still done awesome work to lose the amount of weight you have already, AND you are on your way back down.. so be proud of what you have achieved, and don't minimise your awesome weight loss just because you were hoping for more!

I'm gonna have to stop in Sydney on my way to NY and give you a SMACK!!

Sure, you fell off the wagon....did you learn from it? I'm guessing yes since you're back here. I know you're disappointed, maybe even angry, but don't waste your energy. The past is the past and you can't change it. Learn from the disapoointment and don't do it again!

Set new goals....don't look back on the ones you didn't quite make. Reassess and work out what you need to do to get there.

Don't be upset for your birthday!! Be happy that you've made the decision and the changes you want and need. Half this battle, i believe, is about changing your mentality.

Anyhoo....here's cheers to the next 30!
