12 Week Challenge - Mar to May 2006 - Week 1 weigh in

Ladies and Gents, please register your starting weights for week 1 of this 12 week challenge thus:

Week 1 - 89.0kgs.

12 Week goal - 85.0kgs.

At the end of the 12 weeks, all weekly weigh ins will be transferred to the Challenges section as a permanent record and a new 12 week challenge will begin right here in the Special Topics Section.

Good luck to you all and may the most committed and deserved member of our forum win this friendly competition!

Ok I am going to be a tad more realistic about this goal cos I only lost the 1kg in the last 12 week challenge!!!! 6kg was obviously a bit much to ask!!! Damn it all!!! :evil:
Week 1 starting weight : 70kg

Goal at the end of the 12 week challenge 67kg! Surely that isn't too much to ask!!! :lol:

Starting weight - 88kg

Not sure what to set as goal - might make it 80kg. Good luck all.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Starting Weight = 74kg
Goal after 12 weeks = 66kg
1.5kg per week on average.

I've decided I am going to put 8kg loss as my goal to try and keep my mental state driven. If I dont make it to 66kg ... well .. close would be nice. For me personally, if I dont have a full-on reason to push myself I get lazy (easily :( ) and slow down as I seem to let myself think I have got enough time to waste ... which is why I have not lost any weight over the few months ... I am sometimes my own worst enemy. :?

I really want to lose this weight and feel better about myself so I am going "ballz-n-all" in this one. (s'cuse the phrase)

I'm going to try and drink HEAPS more water as at present anyone would think I am allergic to the stuff as I hardly drink any (which is BAD I know) but hopefully I can look back on this post and feel proud. :wink:

So let it begin. ...... 8)

Starting weight 99kg. Hopefully ican get down to 95. My scales seem to sway alot and i take off then put on .Hopefully all this walking plus bought a pedometer to help assess my goals

My starting weight is 67.5kg
In 12 weeks my goal is 62kgs, the weight I was before I got pregnant. Anything extra is a bonus :P

Umm I just want to make a correction to my starting weight.... it was 102.4 kgs.... I guess I just hoped that it wouldve been 99kgs....

So starting weight: 102.4 kgs

Goal remains: 89kgs by Week 12

20/3 - Starting weight & Week 1: 78.2kgs

12 week goal (5 June): 72.5kgs

Total loss of 5.7kgs (approx. 0.5kgs a week)
