I've decided I am going to put 8kg loss as my goal to try and keep my mental state driven. If I dont make it to 66kg ... well .. close would be nice. For me personally, if I dont have a full-on reason to push myself I get lazy (easily ) and slow down as I seem to let myself think I have got enough time to waste ... which is why I have not lost any weight over the few months ... I am sometimes my own worst enemy.
I really want to lose this weight and feel better about myself so I am going "ballz-n-all" in this one. (s'cuse the phrase)
I'm going to try and drink HEAPS more water as at present anyone would think I am allergic to the stuff as I hardly drink any (which is BAD I know) but hopefully I can look back on this post and feel proud.
So let it begin. ......
