I am aiming high for this challenge, yet trying to remain realistic...

I am at the early stages of losing weight, so theoretically it should be dropping off faster now than later...(theoretically lol)

so....i plan to lose 0.5kg per week

starting weight-82kg
goal weight-76kg

WEEK 1 Starting Weight: 69.8kgs

End of Challenge Goal: 65kgs :D

Starting weight - 110.0kg.
Goal weight at the of challenge - 100.00kg or even better show me the doubles!!
