Monday 27/3 : treadmill in the morning for 1 hr , 7kms, and again on the treadmill in the afternoon for 30 mins, 3.3km, total 10.3km
Tuesday 28/3 : treadmill 45 mins, 5.3km
Wednesday 29/3 : treadmill 1hr 15mins, 8.7km + 45mins in the afternoon on treadmill, 5.3km
Thursday 30/3 : treadmill 1hr 10 mins, 8.3km , treadmill in arvo, 45mins 5.2km
Friday 31/3 : 0
Saturday 1/4 : treadmill 45 mins, 4.3km
Sunday 2/4 : treadmill 1 hr 20 mins, 9.3km
Total for the week : 56.7km
Goal for the week : 50km
Yay I made a goal!!!! So if I make my goal 50ks for next week then surely I can slack off by 6.7km.....hahaha!!! Na only joking!
