Rochelles log for week 2, 27/3 to 2/4 (I hope that is right. We actually went 8 days for the last week but if we take it from Monday then I hope thats ok!!!)
Monday 27/3 : treadmill in the morning for 1 hr , 7kms, and again on the treadmill in the afternoon for 30 mins, 3.3km, total 10.3km
Tuesday 28/3 :
Wednesday 29/3 :
Thursday 30/3 :
Friday 31/3 :
Saturday 1/4 :
Sunday 2/4 :

Total for the week : 10.3km

Goal for the week : 50km

Blimey, here I thought my 8.7 this morning was going to be great but Tanya and Ed are gonna blow me out of the water yet again, I just know it!!! Bugga!!!! :lol:

I'm gonna have to get on that treadmill again today I think! The whole time I was on this morning I just kept thinking just a little more so I can keep up with Tanya!!!! It's amazing how good you feel after a good exercise session. Now I just have to control how much I eat for the day. I used 830 calories on the treadmill and I know my brain is just thinking hhhhmmmmm now what crap can I eat. So I have to try super super hard to keep it under control. A good slap across the face might be in order!!! :lol:

I am having a day of no exercise today because I am really tired. I didn't get much sleep last night and I have to work today so I am using that as an excuse!!! :lol: I havent had a day of no exercise for nearly 2 weeks so I think I am entitled to it. Plus the damn scales still aren't moving so I guess I am in that frame of mind as to why am I doing this???? It's ok cos I am going to keep going but I am having the day off from exercise. I'll be back on that treadmill tomorrow! I did however get on there yesterday arvo as well.
