Sorry I can't walk because I have a painful split heel. If it doesn't heal up soon I'll have to go to the doctor to see if it has glass in it or something.
Plus when I walk more than a kilometre my left knee hurts from where I once cracked the cartledge from a fall.

I guess I'll just have to lose my weight by cutting down on my food intake and lifting weights at home.

Monday 27/3 : not much really 1.5 km
Tuesday 28/3 : 11.4 km
Wednesday 29/3 : 5.4
Thursday 30/3 : 9km
Friday 31/3 : 11.5km
Saturday 1/4 : 8km
Sunday 2/4 : 6.1

Total for the week :52.9 km

Goal for the week : 45km ( i underestimated myself)
