Week 2: 88.3kgs
Week 3: 88.9kgs

Weight lost: -0.6kgs

12 Week goal weight: 85kgs.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised I've put on a bit after the past weekend - all that pizza!

Back on track this week.

I've managed to get back to my starting weight .... Lost NOTHING ..... :cry:


last week 73.6kg
this week's starting weight 74.4kg.


Not this week tho .....
I AM GOING TO LOSE MY 0.5KG THIS WEEK, EVEN IF IT KILLS ME. !!!! :twisted:


:shock: I hope i will anyway .. :(

I only walked twice last week, much to my disappointment .... but not this week. This week I am 'making' the time, rain or shine .....

That is great determination Jo. Good onya mate! Ok I am joining all 3 of you there. I havent put anything on but I certainly haven't lost it. I reckon I know what it is tho, that we haven't lost anything, the cooler weather. I know a lot of people tend to eat more pastas etc in the winter. I made spagetti bog last night. Really yummy but I felt bloated afterward and I didn't eat all that much, and so hence I'm still 70kgs!
Week 1 - 70kg
Week 2 - 70kg
Week 3 - 70kg

Goal - 67kg

And we've got left over pasta tonight because I won't get home until 6ish tonight and I want to do another 30 mins on the treadmill etc etc. Bugga!!! It was yummy tho and I used lean mince and very little oil in cooking, and only a dash of red wine. Ok maybe a large splash.......hahaha!!! Good luck everyone and keep motivated.

Okay, I got a little bit confused, couldn't work out how we've already gotten to Week 3 of challenge. So I worked out that for me the challenge must have started on 20 March to make this week 3 and have amended my previous entries accordingly (not that there was much difference!). I wish this brain would work properly! :D

Week 3: 78kgs

12 week goal: 72.5kgs

Weight to go: 5.5kgs

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
