You are right Ed it does make you realise it when you miss a day!!! I even feel bad if I do less than 4km now

tues 4/4 - 3.1km ....slacko!!!
wed 5/4 - 10.7km...had to make up a bit for yesterday!
thurs 6/4 - 3.7km......slack again!
fri 7/4 - had loads to do b4 work as I have been made fundraising co-ordinator of the soccer club and they decided they wanted to do a firewood raffle Friday night at the pub!!! Meeting was Thursday night!!! So had to do stuff on the pc for that instead of treadmill before work. Didnt get home til 5 and then one of my partner's mates was here when I got home and didnt want to get on there in front of him.....a bit embarrassing!!!! So that is all my excuses for not doing any exercising yesterday. And I sat on my bum all day at work except for about 4 trips up the stairs!!!

HHMMM not looking good for the goal at all! I dont think I can do 17km tomorrow. I will aim to get back on the treadmill this arvo. OOOO maybe I can wear my pedometre this morning as I am walking the streets selling more raffle tickets for a bit! But I don't want to include that sort of thing in my log as I only want dedicated exercise to go in there, not incidental. So I will have to get back on my treadmill!!! Bugga!!!
