Water Challenge

Postby Jodie91 » Sat Jan 26, 2008 4:23 pm

Hi all
I am new to these forum but see tht you do a month challenge that I want in on next month seeing as there is only 6 days of this month to go :)

So In the mean time I thought I would have my own challenge - Drink atleast 1.5 Ltrs of water each and every day for the rest of the month. Shouldn't be too hard especially with the warm wether.

At the end of this I am in for the Feb challenge :)

Yay finding these forum is so motivating

Cheers
Jodie

I'm with you Jodie...

I've drunk half a litre just sitting at the comp. It's amazing how much you drink just because it's there!
