Oh, I adore mushrooms! Yum!!

Also, eating more chicken and fish is apparently better for the environment (they don't emit methane/green house gasses the way cows and sheep do). Eating unprocessed foods is DEFINITELY better for your body.

Have you thought about what you're allowed to drink? If you're going off dairy, I guess that limits you to water and black/green/herbal tea? Maybe fruit juice, but remember even natural juice is high in fructose (unprocessed sugar, a lot better for you than processed sugar, but can add up to lots of cals).

DAY ONE

Well today im off to a great start no processed foods and only water to drink.

I have decided that if I really need something sweet to drink then Ill have a small cup of fresh squeezed juice but trying to limit that as well. Im fine with drinking water as thats all i drink during the day, its just when i get home i seem to go stupid on soft drink and it just wastes all the hard work i have done during the day.

Dairy ill be keeping to a min which I kinda do already. I will have eggs once this week because i jsut love eggs nothing like a nice omlet to fill the gap.

Went out yesterday and got loads for fruit and veg and fresh meat and set it aside from everything else so i can concentrate. My man has decided to do part of the challenge with me eating the same as me for dinner and limiting his soft drink, so I think this week will go great may even continue after.

Well Girls and Guys Ill keep you posted.
