Thought i'd set up a challenge for myself and anyone else who wants to join!
The challenge is to set a goal for how many push ups you want to do - they can be mens, ladies or even one handed push ups
My 6 week challenge is to be able to do 50 mens pushups in 1 go. Right now I can do 15 mens in one set. So that means I have to make an increase of 5 a week.
Start by listing what you can currently do and each week report what you can now do.

Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
