Week 1: 88.3kgs
Week 2: 88.3kgs
Week 3: 88.9kgs
Week 4: 88.4kgs
Week 5: 88.6kgs

Weight lost: -0.3kgs

12 Week goal weight: 85kgs.

My body seems to be determined to stay around the 88.5kg mark.

It doesn't matter what I do at the moment I seem to always be hovering around that weight.

Maybe it's time to kick myself up another gear!

Ed is 88kg's overweight for you???? I don't know how tall you are or what sort of build you are but I am just wondering if maybe that is your natural body weight. You seem to be doing plenty of exercise. Anyway here is this week's stats!!! :lol:

Week 1 - 70kg
Week 2 - 70kg
Week 3 - 70kg
Week 4 - 69.5kg
Week 5 - 69.5kg......you gotta expect a few weeks of this I spose!!!

Total loss - .5kg

Goal - 67kg

Week 1 = 88kg
Week 2 = 87kg
Week 3 = 86kg
Week 4 = 86kg (didn't get time to post last week, sorry guys)
Week 5 = 85kg

Goal = 80kg
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
