Mainly walking and pilates. I walk the kids to school a few times a week but I'm going to try for every day now and that's about a 40-45minute walk for me (only 20 for the kids) I've actually just come back from that walk and took the kids with me on their rollerblades lol was fun and a workout dragging them up the hill hehe. And I absolutely adore pilates, not only does it help flatten my tummy and stop my lower back pain but it also helps give you great posture
I'm looking forward to stepping up to intermediate pilates hopefully in May I think I should be ready.
When I can, usually weekends we go for a walk along the beach, Mark will normally stop with the kids and watch them have a swim while I walk the length of the beach. I love doing that cause when your walking along a beach just somehow doesn't feel like exercise. And I want to get a hold off that dance yourself thin dvd I think that would be fun!
