My gawd we are half way there and I have only lost 1/2 kilo!!! Bugga!!! :oops:

Week 1 - 70kg
Week 2 - 70kg
Week 3 - 70kg
Week 4 - 69.5kg
Week 5 - 69.5kg......you gotta expect a few weeks of this I spose!!!
Week 6 - 69.5kg.......next week for sure I will be 69. I am determined this week so if it takes doing 2 hours of exercising each day then that will be what will happen!!!

Total loss - .5kg

Goal - 67kg

Week 1 = 88kg
Week 2 = 87kg
Week 3 = 86kg
Week 4 = 86kg (didn't get time to post last week, sorry guys)
Week 5 = 85kg
Week 6 = 84kg

Goal 80kg
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
