Rochelle's walking log 1st May to 7th May.

Mon 1st - 8.3km + 2.2km walk in arvo
Tue 2nd -
Wed 3rd -
Thu 4th -
Fri 5th -
Sat 6th -
Sun 7th -

Total - 10.5km

Goal for the week - 53km.....oooooo that is a big figure!!! :lol:

Wed 3rd - 8.3km
Thu 4th - 0....was feeling sick wed night and still wasnt' feeling the best on thurs so decided to have a day off.....not a good idea really as it isn't looking promising for the goal!
Fri 5th - 3.6km.......was being really slack!
Sat 6th -
Sun 7th -

Total - 27.1km

Goal for the week - 53km

HHHMMM I'm only half way there and have only 2 days left. It don't look good at all! I've got a really busy day tomorrow and sunday is the walk a thon but it is only 4.5kms. :cry:

Well I didn't make it again this week! No motivation for one thing cos nobody wants to join me in the challenge!!! :cry: But I did have a busy week which didn't help when it came to walking. But I will get back into it next week.

Ok, how about I join in the challenge with my cycling km's? I'll resent my odometer for tomorrow morning and I'll finally find out exactly how far it is to work and back.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I would join in too but there's just no way I could get to 50kms per week.

you can set your own goal if you like. 50km per week is obviously going to be ridiculously easy for me riding 20km 4 days per week.
