Olympic Games 6 Week Challenge

This was in the WW magazine, just wondering if anyone is interested? we could start next Monday 9th June, and it goes for 6 weeks....

There are 3 levels of fitness challenges to try:

BRONZE LEVEL.
Week 1: Aim for 1-2 incidental activities/day, Plus 5 minutes of continuous walking/day
Week 2: Aim for 2-3 incidental activities/day. Plus 10 minutes of continuous walking/day
Week 3: Aim for 3-4 incidental activities/day. Plus 15 minutes of walking/day.
Week 4: Aim for 4-5 incidental activities/day plus 20 minutes of walking/day
Week 5: Aim for 5-6 incidental activities/day plus 25 minutes of walking/day
Week 6: Aim for 6-7 incidental activities/day, plus 30 minutes walking/day.

SILVER LEVEL:
Week 1: Do continuous cardio exercise for 20 minutes 3 days/week at a level where you can still talk but not sing. Plus incidental activity throughout each day.
Week 2: Do continuous cardio exercise for 20 - 30 minutes 3 - 5 days/week at a level where you can still talk but not sing. Plus incidental activity throughout each day.
Week 3: Do continuous cardio exercise for 30 minutes 5-7 days/week at a level where you can still talk but not sing. Plus incidental activity throughout each day.
Week 4: Do continuous cardio exercise for 30 minutes 7 days/week, including 1 to 3 minute burss at a pace that leaves you breathless. Plus incidental activity throughout each day.
Week 5: Do continuous cardio exercise for 30 minutes 7 days/week, including 3 to 5 minute bursts at a pace that leaves you breathless. Plus incidental activity throughout each day.
Week 6: Do continuous cardio exercise for 30 + minutes 7 days/week, including 5 minute bursts at a pace that leaves you breathless. Plus incidental activity throughout each day.

GOLD LEVEL:
Week 1: Do 20-30 minutes of cardio exercise 3-5 times/week at a level that leaves you breathlessby the end. Plus 1 set of resistance training exercises to fatigue 2 times/week.
Week 2: Do 30 minutes of cardio exercise 5 times/week at a level that leaves you breathless by the end. Plus 1 - 3 sets of resistance training exercises to fatigue 2 times/week.
Week 3: Do 30 minutes of cardio exercise 5 - 7 times/week at a level that leaves you breathlessby the end. Plus 1 - 3 sets of resistance training exercises to fatigue 2 - 3 times/week.
Week 4: Do 30 + minutes of cardio exercise 7 times/week at a level that leaves you breathlessby the end. Plus 3 sets of resistance training exercises to fatigue 2 - 3 times/week.
Week 5: Do 30 - 40 minutes of cardio exercise 7 times/week at a level that leaves you breathlessby the end. Plus 3 sets of resistance training exercises to fatigue 3 - 4 times/week.
Week 6: Do 45 minutes of cardio exercise 5 - 7 times/week at a level that leaves you breathlessby the end. Plus 3 sets of resistance training exercises to fatigue 4 times/week.

*puts hand up* im in. im currently about silver so im aiming for gold who wouldnt lol it will also help me to stay motivated during the time the gym pool is getting renevated
