Wow, thanks everyone. I guess the old motto slow and steady wins the race is tru. My secret is eating better and exercising more, nothing all that technical. I think getting rid of the majority of cheese, butter and sugar plus kelp tablets to aid iodine levels help on the diet side, and regular exercise (walking to start with and now riding to and from work) have done it.
Well done to everyone else who took part in the challenge, you have to be in it to win it as they say!
