well, as some of you may know, im getting married on saturday
i am then having 2 weeks holidays, we arent having a honeymoon though, well we are going to sydney for 4 days as a road trip type thing, but not an official honeymoon.
anyways, the majority of my holidays i will be home doing nothing, so im making a challenge for myself.
i will go to the gym at least 4 times a week (which will be all i can do cuz of sydney trip)
i will stick to my calorie intake religiously
i will keep a dairy of intake/output/feelings etc
i will keep myself busy by giving my house a spring clean, especially the kitchen cupboards (so im not sitting in front of tv eating)
whist in sydney i will make good food choices and walk everywhere
my reward for doing all of this to a tee is a new haircut before i go back to work
