Ok 23 weeks.. that means I need to lose 1.2kg a week, thats do-able right? Atleast now I know what I need to aim for.
That means.. 40 weeks until my birthday. If I want to be at my goal weight by my 21st i need to lose 1.5kilo a week... I'm not sure thats quite doable.. 1.5kg a week every week for 40 weeks, no faultering.
