I think you've done great, especially to avoid the bbq lunch... and you'll jump back on the wagon straight away anyway
I am honest with myself and stick 100% to my diet restricitions during the week. Then on the weekend I allow myself to splurge. Of course I have to still be sensible, and mostly I still make really great choices on the weekend, but occaisionally I have a really bad day on the weekend and I end up feeling physically awful lol, so I find now that even though I give myself free reign on the weekends, just having the choice is enough - I don't want to eat the same things I used to!! Which is great, I appreciate that my body doesn't like KFC (for example) anymore. Makes it easier to resist something when it makes your stomach does cart wheels at the thought of it ha ha.
Anyway, I just got completely off topic there, so I'm gonna finish up!!
