How's it going folks?

I weighed yesterday - I am the same 115kg. I've eaten too many cashews this week not realising how much they weigh so it was a genuine mistake + I havent been able to exercise too much due to bronchitis.

I am feeling pleased with myself. I left the charity boxes and vending machines at work alone which is one of my biggest temptations. I have a charity box directly out side my office ie ~ 5 m from my desk + 2 more charity boxes and 4 vending machines within 30m of my room. I expect good results next week. x fingers :D

Hey Fireball, staying the same is a great achievement - better than putting on. Portions are so hard to work out for me sometimes, until you get used to the amount, but sometimes things like nuts can be misleading. I can't wait to see what your loss will be next week now that you know!! Have a good one!!!

Only 200g and a wedding dinner?? That's a very good result, and realistic. You can't lose weight everyday :D I can't wait until I hit the 120's, and you are so close to the 110's!! Good luck this week, have a good one

I agree with you Turtle - we want to relax and enjoy life or what's the point? Good on you Tania for not going crazy.

Good on your 110kg Tania. How's everyone going?

I weighed tonight and lost 1/2kg. Yippee I have started downwards again. Now I'm finally reasonably well I hope to improve my weightloss. I've known for a while that I wont make 100kg, 110kg sounds nice to me too...
