4. I love food and I don't exercise as much as I should
5. I'm not going on a diet, I'm trying to change my lifestyle. It will include exercise at least 3 times a week, cut back on naughty foods such as chocolate, chips, coke, etc (only have them occasionally). Prepare healthy meals, take my lunch to work, try to reduce my portion sizes. Do the C25K challenge. Make a concious effort to drink more water throughout the day.
