Well I could sit here and stroll through all the posts....which I will do one day but today is my first day on this forum.
I know what it takes to lose weight and feel great and I have done it before with great success.I have allowed 10kg to creep back on to my body once again. I am looking for people who want to step up to the mark
over the next three months and burn some fat!
I want action and I am going to make this happen for me.... time to move on from "it's to cold outside to exercise" too "yea baby lets do that half marathon".
I want to run again with my husband and I want to feel desirable not for my husband or any man, but for me! Not more belly roll heading towards my knees! I am in my thirties and nearing that forty rapidly.
Are you going to start having some expections today, and be accountable? Then do add a post and lets motivate one another.
Three months of pure support and motivation what have we to lose?? Well....that belly to start with.
