Arghh, after 3 pretty good days, I had my first little slip up in the early hours this morning. Woke up just after midnight and ate.... frozen peanut butter (yep, I have to store it in the freezer, otherwise I just eat the lot!! :oops: ) and a little cup of fibrex cereal. Only around 120 cals, I was quite restrained I thought.

Anyway, just felt the need to confess. And to reaffirm that I'm not going to let this put me off, still pressing on :D

Oh and it true me style, I had to have a sneak peak at the scales. After breakfast and two big cups of coffee, 53.5kg. So... maybe a decent weigh in later in the week? Maybe..... :?

Well, there's one week over. Here's my results:

Weight: 53.3kg :|
Waist: 74cm :( - still swollen after a mid-week salt overdose (well, hoping that's what it is anyway!)
Upper thigh: 53cm :|
Average daily intake: 1640cal :|
Total deficit for the week: 7800cal :)

Thanks! Actually starting to go off the rails a bit though :( Having trouble getting the picking under control, and going to my parents place on the weekend (surrounded by tempting foods!) doesn't help. Anyway, getting geared up for an excellent rest of the week :D

Here's my results from week 2:

Weight (approx): 52.6kg
Waist: 72.5cm :)
Thigh: 52.5cm :)
Average daily intake: 1610cal :|
Total deficit for the week: 8300cal :D

The best bit is the measurements that were less.... hopefully I didn't stuff it up the last couple of days. Not going to check either!!
