Arghh, after 3 pretty good days, I had my first little slip up in the early hours this morning. Woke up just after midnight and ate.... frozen peanut butter (yep, I have to store it in the freezer, otherwise I just eat the lot!!
) and a little cup of fibrex cereal. Only around 120 cals, I was quite restrained I thought.
Anyway, just felt the need to confess. And to reaffirm that I'm not going to let this put me off, still pressing on
Oh and it true me style, I had to have a sneak peak at the scales. After breakfast and two big cups of coffee, 53.5kg. So... maybe a decent weigh in later in the week? Maybe.....
