Yay! Yes, we can do this!
Well, I'm doing my Boot Camp three mornings a week, which is hard, but good! and also another 1 or 2 times a week doing something different with a friend, we're going to try and do different things all the time, like swimming, aerobics, this new hot yoga class we found etc etc. so hopefully it'll all pay off!!!
i weigh in tomorrow so i'll see what my first weeks results are...
