Don't worry sassy it wil happen! What I am doing is exercising:
Monday - boot camp in the morning
Tuesday - weigh in and then something with a friend, usually swimming or gym
wednesday - boot camp in the morning
Thursday - walk the dogs
Friday - boot camp in the morning
saturday - something with my friend, again, usually swimming or gym
Sunday - walk the dogs.
And if i can i try to walk the dogs an extra couple of times (cos they're so big and full of energy it's unreal)
And eating wise i'm sticking to 1300-1500 calories a day depending on how much exercise i'm doing, eating lots of Weight Watchers recipes, and stuff out of the biggest loser cookbooks, and other recipes i have that have the calores counted for each serve. i don't plan on calorie counting forever, but until i'm a bit more used to how bad/good foods are i think it's worthwhile!
i weigh in again tonight, so i can't wait to see the next result! last week's 2.5 was great!
