yeah at the moment i'm doing a Weight Loss Challenge, which is just weekly meetings learning about nutrition pretty much so they do all our weight and measurements and things. so i don't weight in between i just wait for that :D
yes, it feels soooo good to know i'm not over a hundred kilos anymore. :D

Well Im on the way to losing 10kgs. I have just lost my first kilo!!!!
Weigh in this morning and Im down to 73.7kgs!!!
Im gunna have to get me a 'ticker' anyone no of any good sites???

Hows everyone going???

I gained last week :oops: 300g, but it was my birthday!!! Im back on track this week though and am weighing in tomorrow moring.

HI guys! well this week I lost 400g but considering it was 2kg last week I'm still stoked! it takes me to a total of 10 overall which is just awesome. and i lost another 3cm off my waist which makes it 11cm overall! not bad!! I'm back to my pre wedding weight :D which is nice and to top it all off, we have just found out I'm pregnant! happy times in our house :D

Congrats Zoe!!!! thats fantastic news!!!!! 10kg lost and a bubba on the way!!!! Woo Hooo

Well I lost the .300g I put on last week, so Im back to square one! Im p1ssed off but at least its a loss hey? I worked really hard though.

Im doubting my 1st mini goal though Ill have to lose 3.8kgs in 3 weeks. Hmm doubt it, but you never no....

Yeah, I forgot to take my measurements when I started :twisted: So I might do that next week, just to combat the negativity!!!
