seeing as its a bit late to join the august challenge, ill do my own for this week to get me going then start in september?
so my aim for this week is to lose any weigh, anything will do.
yesterday i was 86.8 but this morn i was 88.2 coz i had a few drinks and nibbles last night so ill weigh myself in the morn when i will hopefully be back to the 86.8 and work from there. even 100g will be better than nothing.
NOW TO GET ON THE EXERCISE BIKE AND RIDE OFF THAT CRAP I HAD LAST NIGHT!!!
