Hi ya, I'm going to try and lose 5 kilograms during September. Does anyone want to join me? I weighed my self this morning and am 72.9kg and would love to be 68kg by September 30th. I plan on doing some walking, skipping rope (which i haven't done in years) and try and get to the gym once a week for the rowing machine and the exercise bike. Do you think that's enough exercise? Going to eat lots of soup and fruit and vegetables and lean meat. I would really love some support on this as i know once i am under the 70kg mark my confidence will just soar.
Hey, I'm in too I'm currently 71 and really want to break the 70's as soon as possible! My goals are: -Workout for an hour a day -Stay within my calorie limit for the day -Try a new type of exercise every week to get rid of this plateau! All the best, Jane
