Walking Challenge 15th May - 21st May

Rochelle's Challenge 15/5 - 21/5 :

Mon - 15th - 3km (still not feeling great so a slow walk, and less of a goal for the week this week.) Plus walk in the arvo, 2km
Tue - 16th -
Wed - 17th -
Thu - 18th -
Fri - 19th -
Sat - 20th -
Sun - 21st -

Total - 5km

Goal - 40km

KM to go - 35km

I'm going to start riding my bike a bit now that I got an odometre for my birthday from my sister. I had a look at the directions to install it......uuuummm might take me a while to work it out, or hassle the old boy to do it for me!!! So I will slowly build up the km's I do each week.
Bike goal - 8km

Monday - 20.6km
Tuesday- 20.6km = 41.2
Wednesday- 20.6km = 61.8
Thursday- 20.6km = 82.4, 45 min badminton
Saturday - worked wiring a shed all day, don't know how to score that one
Sunday 1 hr walking

I think I am done here. Doubt I will walk tomorrow. From now on will make 30 kms my goal as it is a stretch to even get to that. But I did beat my total of 25kms from last week.

Goal - 40km

KM to go - 37.2km

Bike total - 15.1km

Bike goal - 8km KM to go - 0km - goal met.....yay!!!

Well there should be a walk at some stage tomorrow but I know I won't make the 40ks. Next week I am going for different sorts of goals......and I think we will change the name to weekly exercise challenge or something like that. Because we are all doing different types of exercise. I am going to get more into the aerobics now so I will set a certain amount of hours each week etc!
