Wed - 17th - bike 7.6km.....yay I am getting better....was totally buggered when I got home tho!

Goal - 40km
KM to go - 31km
Bike total - 12.1km
Bike goal - 8km KM to go - 0km - goal met.....yay!!!
I just need to get moving with the walking now.
