I am new here but need the motivation to lose some weight. So I am putting my weightloss out to the world of cyperspace.
So here goes:-
Current weight: 100.3lg
Ultimate Goal weight: 76kg.
1st goal weight: 10kg by Christmas 2008
Motivation: Have a 5 star dinner in January which I want to look great and in March 2009 Dh and I celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and am thinking about renewing our vows.
Plan of attack: Drink more water, excercise, do some gym classes ( have three children and still have two at home at the moment - but creche is so cheap where I live). and NO MORE CHOCOLATE
( That is going to be a hard one)
So here goes - the only thing I have to lose in weight and a terrible diet with everything to gain.
