I love doing Pushups and have been doing them almost every day for years, but as I get older I find it harder to motivate myself. So I setup a website to challenge Australians to do 1 Billion pushups.
The site allows you to log, track and graph the pushups youdo over time. You can also choose to pledge 1 cent for every pushup you do to a cause or charity of their choice, which you would then donate directly.
I know many people who think pushups are really hard, but they easier with practice, there are so many variations, you can do them on your knees, against a wall or bench and once you get good at them you can start doing harder variations too.
Doing pushups burns energy and tones the body, so they also help to get and keep you in good shape.
