New job challange

Postby need2loseit » Thu Oct 09, 2008 6:49 pm

Ok so this is a challenge i am setting for myself.

I just got offered a new job 20 mins ago and i will be starting it in 4 weeks. I have 60 kilos to lose all up to get to my goal weight so......... when i begin my new job i WILL be 8-10 kilos lighter and well on the way to my goal.

Succeed = getting my hair done
Failure = double time at the gym....and no internet for a week.

Good luck with your goal.
As for the ticker I'm surprised mine worked, so I'm not much help, but someone should be along soon to help you :) .

All I did was copy the right code into my signature. There's a few different ones I think. Delete the one you have now and try again...'Grats on your job too, that's awesome.

Ok, so this challenge didn't go well for me :x I only lost 2kgs. But i have no one to blame but myself. I seriously fell off the wagon at the 2 week mark and have just manged to get myself back. All i can do now is get back up, brush myself off and start again.

Greetings

I have started walking my dog every night for 45 mins to an hour, I have started counting my calories again, and i have plans to return to the gym at least twice a week starting this week... oh and i went out and got my 1st push bike in 12 yrs (should be interesting) with the plan to ride it at least twice a week although i noticed last night that i actually weigh more than the recomended max for the tyres so im not sure if i should be riding it at all :?

And im just taking it one day at a time :)
