Juzzy, 1.7kg is a great loss... Well Done!!!
Agrees with Helen, **high fives**

Well guys, I lost a furthur 1.2kgs this week!! Was totally not expecting it, as I have been ill and on the gastrolyte, which you all know is full of glucose and salt. I must be doing something right though!!
As for my Easter Challenge (8 weeks to go now not including Easter weekend), I have only 5.4kgs to lose for that!! But I figured if i reach that goal well before Easter, I'll keep going until I hit 130kgs.

WOOP WOOP Were all kickin ass here!!

I go lap swimming almost every day for at least an hour, means i need to get up at like 6am but its well worth it.

Some days i walk for at least 30-40 mins. I also live at the bottom of a very large hill. So i end up pushing myself and a toddler in a pram up it LOL

I also do Wii Fit some days for an hour but i doubt that counts for anything major besides a bit of fun.

Hey girls...weigh in today and I lost 2kg. Only 600gm's from my goal for Valentine's Day!!! Not sure If ill get there, but definantly should be there by weigh in next Tuesday.

Exercise wise, im trying to do 30-45mins a day (usually 1-2 days off a week) and have been doing my WATP, weights, fit ball, aerobics and walking...not game enough to show my face in swimmers yet so not laps for me :(

Also, Chris asked me to help him to improve his eating and health last night, so im excited for him to join me as it should make it heaps easier!!

All you chicks are doing great, you dont need me to tell you all that :)

Catch you next week :D

I was wondering if I could join you guys I have 50kg+ to lose andwould love to be accountable to a group of like minded folks....

My starting weight was 130kg my goal is 55kg and I am hovering at a little over 100kg at the moment (I've stopped weighing as was getting too discouraged, so I am going by how things fit and will weigh in at next drop in clothing size - so far I've gone from tight size 26 to fitting most size 18 things)... my greatest acheivement so far has been dropping my sky high blood pressure down to a slightly elevated "normal" range.

My eating plan is Paul McKenna's "I can make you thin system" which has beebn great fro training me out of extremely disordered eating habits and for learning about mderation and satiety... it is a bit slow though so I need some more motivation. I walk to and from work (30 min each way) every day and also use an elliptical cross trainer betwee 5 and 10 times a week for a high intensity 25-35 min workout.
I never thought I would witness the destruction of a Universe whilst carrying a naked merchant banker...

Of course you can Mogget!!! Welcome!!!

Well guys I had a rough couple of weeks but I'm back on track now and have lost a grand total of 5.7kgs in 6 weeks!! So that means I have only 4.3kgs to lose in 5 weeks. And I think thats achievable if I put my mind to it and not give in to the lovelies on the tables at the parties i've been to.
It looks like we're all doing really well!!
Best of luck everyone!!

xoxo
