Hey girls...weigh in today and I lost 2kg. Only 600gm's from my goal for Valentine's Day!!! Not sure If ill get there, but definantly should be there by weigh in next Tuesday.
Exercise wise, im trying to do 30-45mins a day (usually 1-2 days off a week) and have been doing my WATP, weights, fit ball, aerobics and walking...not game enough to show my face in swimmers yet so not laps for me
Also, Chris asked me to help him to improve his eating and health last night, so im excited for him to join me as it should make it heaps easier!!
All you chicks are doing great, you dont need me to tell you all that
