Rochelle's exercise challenge

Goals :
Bike - 35km
Walk - 15km
Aerobics - 1.5hrs

Mon 22 - Bike 11.1km and 4.3km bike this arvo
Tue 23 -
Wed 24 -
Thur 25 -
Fri 26 -
Sat 27 -
Sun 28 -

Total :
Bike - 15.4km
Walk - 0km
Aerobics - 0 time

So how's that for spreading my exercise over different activities!!!! During the aerobics time I will include tae bo and that sort of thing, which ever increases my heart rate significantly.

Good idea to make it time wise as well. Makes it more applicable to non distance exercise.

Monday - 20.6km
Tuesday - 20.6km - 41.2km
Wednesday - 20.6kn = 61.8km
Thusrday - 20.6km + 1hr badminton = 82.4km, 1hr
Friday - nothing
Saturday - 1/2 hr walking from market to town and looking for shoes = 82.4km, 1.5hr
Sunday - nothing

Are you feeling better today Kim? I haven't done any extra exercise today as I have been shopping and running around madly all day! Plus I am cooking as it is Alex's birthday tomorrow. He is having some mates over and the family is coming over for afternoon tea........great!!! O what a joy! :shock:

Feeling about the same Rochelle. Have just stocked up on some cold and flu tablets. Whatever it is hasn't taken hold yet and I am hoping it won't...trying to head it off at the pass....so to speak.

Fingers crossed you do Kim. I am still coughing and when I exercise I feel like there is something stuck in the back of my throat.....hhhmmm that would probably be phlegm that I have tried to cough up.....doh!!!! :roll: I have been slack again today. Well no slack certainly isn't the word for it. I was up at 6.30 and have been running around all day cooking and tidying up for Alex's birthday! I tried to make blue and gold icing so I could decorate his cake in eagles colours but the food colouring I had was a greeny blue and was egg yellow!!! So they didn't look quite right so mixed them together.....mmm what a beautiful goozy colour that turned out to be. My partner came in and said hhhmmm what happened there??? Looks like a big snot!!! Which it did. But I wasn't wasting the icing I had made.

Happy Birthday to Alex! I hope he had a great day and I'm sure the kids would still love the taste of the icing no matter what it looked like.

Haven't progressed from the kilometres as yesterday I joined the gym which took 2 hours! :lol: The chappy was really friendly and easy to talk to so we just yabbered on the whole time. Wished I had taking my gym gear as I was hanging out to get on the treadmill (never been on one before). Head cold still hanging around so not gonna do too much till I feel better. Mostly feeling OK though and want to keep doing the same activities I have been doing except I get a tired easier so have just slowed down a bit.
