Good idea to make it time wise as well. Makes it more applicable to non distance exercise.
Monday - 20.6km
Tuesday - 20.6km - 41.2km
Wednesday - 20.6kn = 61.8km
Thusrday - 20.6km + 1hr badminton = 82.4km, 1hr
Friday - nothing
Saturday - 1/2 hr walking from market to town and looking for shoes = 82.4km, 1.5hr
Sunday - nothing

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
